I stayed with my family consisting of 4 adults. We booked a one bedroom suite complete with kitchen, fireplace and sofabed. The hotel was very clean, and had very good service. Since there were 4 of us, the hotel had already bought in a etrxa bed with comforters and sheets which was nice to see. Although there was only 1... more

Stayed here for just one night at the end of August. Felt like hotel was brand new but was in fact 2+ years old. Nice touches like kitchenettes and DVD Players, clearly rooms all geared towards families with kids unlike some of the other condo hotels on the other side of the village pond. Couldn't start fireplace, most hotels would... more

My husband, 2 teenage daughters, and I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Westin Trillium. We loved it! We felt pampered and well-looked after. Check in went very quickly. We were shown to the elevators and then began our long trek to our room. Once we got off the elevators on the 3rd floor it seemed to... more

We stayed 3 nights in one of the deluxe one-bedroom suites with den. There were 2 pull-out couches and 3 TVs, a well laid out kitchen with high-end dishes and cutlery, and huge bathroom with separate glass shower. We were on the 2nd floor with a view of the pond, Village, and part of Blue Mountain. The pool area was... more

While the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the ambience offered to older couples and seniors leaves much to be desired. The hotel/resort is totally geared to families with small children, who run the halls and lobby area without supervision. Noise, noise, noise! The adjacent "village" is an artificial construct that offers gimcrack goods to the t-shirt, cargo shorts and sandals... more

My husband and I stayed for three nights in a deluxe room (no separate bedroom) which was fine for the two of us. Check-in was disappointing for such a highly rated hotel: it took a while to get the attention of staff once we figured out which lobby desk was for check-in; and no one offered to help with our... more

On our second visit to Blue Mountain we decided to stay at Westin. We got a great deal on their web site, part of the Canada day promotion. We booked a loft which was just perfect for a family of 7.I will say that hallways are long, narrow and pretty dark compared to other hotels. Our loft was large with most beautiful view of village,pond... more

Pretty good hotel in an AWESOME location in a cute village. Really liked Blue Mtn, found it very family friendly and accessible. We could walk all around the village, playground, fountain splash area etc. Also, a ride to the top of the "mountain" in the gondola was only $4 and well worth it. Beautiful views! Hotel had great pool kitchen... more

I happened to be at the hotel during the weekend of the Ford Wayne Gretzky Classic, held at The Georgian Bay Club and the Raven Golf Club at Lora Bay. To my surprise, the gentleman in front of me at the check-in was none other than Alan Thicke. Later in the day we saw Wayne Gretzky hanging out with some... more

Great hotel, accommodation and region. Clean rooms with new décor, and very responsive helpful staff. Accommodation with bedroom and on-suite kitchenette, dining area and sitting room. Bathroom was large with great walk in twin-head shower. Good restaurants, bars and shopping very close to hotel. Only negative was the prices for the mini-bar, charges for in-room coffee and $15 daily parking.... more
