Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the lodge (just outside Algonquin Provincial Park). Restaruant had atmosphere and quiet, and the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. Staff was friendly and requests were met in a timely fashion. Would definatley stay there again. more

This is a marvellous place to stay - the setting is fabulous and the accommodation up market and suited to the countryside setting. Good family atmosphere. Great meals in the restaurant - we stayed 4 days and didn't look for anywhere else for our evening meals. more

It was a real pleasure to stay here. I visited to spend a couple of days photographing the Fall Colours in the Park. The service was excellent, rooms were terrific, food great, and Tina and Gary were warm and gracious hosts. Stay here, you won't be dissapointed. more

I had driven by this property many times over the decades and always considered the location on the shore of Oxtongue Lake beautiful. Friendly and informative welcome. Clean and spacious room. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Good choice of breakfasts. Excellent location for visiting the Park. Did not stay for dinner so cannot comment. But speaking to other people who had they had no complaints. We dined at the Muskoka on the Rocks which can be highly recommended. more

Enjoyed a few days of paradise at the Algonquin Inn again this summer when I visited Ontario. The location in terms of accessing algonquin park amenities is tremendous and the amenties at the Inn are wonderful. We enjoyed swimming off their beach and dock and canoeing into the falls. Staff was amazing. Great service and food at hotel restaurant. Wonderful views of lake which we were able to enjoy with the use of free canoes and kayaks. The rooms were nothing fancy, but spotless. The only thing missing was a bon fire pit. more
